EFT2 Planning Application for 85 Dwellings

It may be just a few weeks since NHDC roundly rejected Gladman's application for 99 houses at Elm Tree Farm (ETF2). But unfortunately, this victory was merely the first battle in the war - the predatory developers have ALREADY put in a new proposal, this time for another 85 homes at the same site.

They obviously think that by bombarding us with multiple applications and appeals they will gradually beat us into submission. Thus we all need to object again.

As always, Pirton Action Group wants to make it as easy as possible for everyone to make their objections to this new application, so we are attaching a letter template upon which you can write your own personal points. You can drop it in the PAG box in the village shop and we will do the rest.

Alternatively, you can submit your comments about case ref number:17/02563/1 online by visiting the NHDC's planning facility - http:/pa.north-herts.gov.uk/online-applications

You can say what you said before, or put some of the following relevant points in your own words:

Despite some confusion, objections must be lodged by November 16th.

Thanks for all your continued efforts to fight off the greedy developers.

On behalf of Pirton Action Group.
