My latest draft and hopefully the last website version (11/9/2017 previous version was 10/9/2017) is available via the links below. I provide this to assist. You may, of course, disagree with any or all of its content.

A section on the Holwell and inter-village part of this route is now included - for full details see the latest draft via the links below.

Please note, although each version is becoming more complete, the draft is still draft and may changes before submission The main issues that are in the document appear below the following links and these may be a more helpful prompt to consider you own views.

The main issues that I have spotted seem to be as follows (for full details you will need to look at the above document) - please let me know of others as you see them. Planning Application Documents: Deficiencies and inadequacies which make then unfit for purpose?

The application should be refused, not only for the reasons given above, but because both documents lack sufficient detail to be fit for purpose and therefore the proposals cannot be properly assessed.  The list below is a summary of some of the main deficiencies only (refer to text for full list and details):

For the reasons given above the documentation submitted is deficient and lack sufficient detail to be fit for purpose and therefore the proposals cannot be properly assessed - please reject this application or defer it until the documents' deficiencies are corrected. Finally, my understanding is that the fact that planning permission has been given means that the planning authority agreed that development is practical, not that it is commercially viable, a better and safer route must be identified - please reject this application.
